Journey of Heart

For me personally, when the pandemic began with its  dramatic effects, my reflection through inner depths has been what I call The Enriching Value of Heart ‘Love’. I created ninety-nine papier-mache Hearts inspired by sudden life changes and thinking about the love of children and holding emptiness after all the children left the CHOL community we had co-created with the families over the past 2 years.. I was seeing the sad feeling in the empty art studio and art became the best therapeutic/creative activity for me to throw myself into where it became a silent space. It is a manifesting of my understanding of the essential truth of life and the power of harmonizing with nature. Also, the sum of my unique experiences of loving and missing playful art therapy with children. It became a connection for me of my inward experience though the expression or the looking into of personal trauma, similar to the work I had been doing and observing with the children’s community. This symbolic image of heart ‘Love’ is my personification, in a way of a cornerstone, compass, to guide me to remembering ‘At the very end, it is only Love’, needs inner space for ‘Breath, and Just Be...’
